Alan Quah and Ghim Ong translate illustration into 3D; a beautifully detailed pewter sculpture of the revitalised Steve astride his motorcycle, set against Roger Stern, John Byrne, Bob Sharen, Joe Rubinstein and Joe Rosen’s recounting of Captain America’s definitive origin story.
